Blue Lobsters Consulting was founded by Mark Barger Elliott. Mark is a graduate of Cornell University, Princeton Theological Seminary, and the non-profit management program at Northwestern Business School. He is passionate about enabling organizations – both non-for-profit and for-profit – to discover how to become extraordinary. In his own life Mark enjoys pursuing the extraordinary as a pastor, singer/songwriter, screenwriter, filmmaker, lacrosse coach, and as a father and husband.
Lynn Barger Elliott is a management consultant who specializes in non-profit and faith based organizations. A graduate of Wheaton College and Princeton Theological Seminary she is currently an Instructor at Calvin College. Lynn enjoys coaching girls lacrosse, reading Sue Grafton books and trying to beat the scrabble game on her Iphone.
